RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure client’s comfort at all times
  • Provide a comfortable and luxurious experience for all clients
  • Perform well all skincare, waxing and body treatments
  • Develop relationships with clients to retain and expand business by providing consistent delivery of service and product knowledge
  • Participate in spa activities including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education and trainings
  • Adhere to compliance regulations for all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensing
  • Report damaged equipment to management

  • Possession of a current Tennessee Aesthetics license or Cosmetology License is required

FRONT DESK COORDINATOR


OVERVIEW
As Front Desk and Spa Coordinators at Skin Addyct, you’ll work with some of the best and talented people, and their clients think so too. Just like their service provider, you’ll connect and build relationships with each client, striving to make their experience luxurious right from the start and in every way. With opportunities and room for career growth to those who provide a charismatic and dedicated spirit to Skin Addyct, our location is the perfect place for individuals who love providing excellent service to anyone who crosses their path.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the guest liaison with the Esthetician and other staff to ensure our guests enjoy the ultimate and luxurious experience
  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and checking emails
  • Assist with check-in by explaining salon and spa services
  • Conclude the guest visit with a smooth checkout process
  • Graciously thank them for their visit

LASH TECHNICIAN


No lash tech experience necessary!

 

LASH TECH BENEFITS:

If you do not have experience as an eyelash technician or lash technician in the esthetics or cosmetology industries, don’t worry, we provide extensive training for cosmetologists and estheticians to be proficient in applying eyelash extensions!

SPA MANAGER

Skin Addyct is seeking to recruit an experienced Spa Operations Manager who will oversee all aspects of the operations of Skin Addyct Spa Treatments beauty, health and the wellness spa. As an ideal Skin Addyct candidate, you must have a sharp business mind and proven successful managing of multiple departments towards maximum productivity, including being the operating leader for all the financial aspects of profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and purchasing along with inventory control. As a potential candidate, you must be highly skilled in managing staff, overseeing the running and maintenance of the facility, proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team, while also interacting with customers to resolve any issues arising and ensuring satisfaction with the spa services and personnel.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

The primary focus of the Spa Operations Manager role is to deliver excellent service to all customers, maintain and grow our operational efficiency as it is the backbone of our success, and ensure a smooth operation and compliance with health and safety regulations. The Spa Manager contributes to our mission of wellness by providing services to ensure the wellness, comfort, and luxurious experience of the Skin Addyct environment .   • Seek direct feedback from customers and staff at all times for the best management of the spa
  • Seek to always be providing the best possible customer service and clientele support
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service while giving the clientele the luxurious + pampered experience

  • Ensure management of all Health & Safety procedures within the spa

  • Monitoring treatment standards and perform on going training when required
  • Effectively drive treatment delivery to meet and possibly exceed targets for esthetician’s utilization, repeat bookings, and treatments performed

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Monitor and control budgets and expenditure within the spa
  • Assistance and insurance of financial and accurate implementation of retail sales plans
  • Monitor and account for the handling and security of Retail and Professional stock distributed or received
  • Monitor and record any wastage or breakages in line with company procedures
  • Ensure financial paperwork is processed both timely and accurately
  • Ensure pricing policies, promotions and discounts implemented are followed to ensure standardization where possible across spa operations

 

STAFF

  • Maintain a fully staffed department by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training all staff
  • Ensure all staff is fully knowledgeable on the use and benefits of services, products, programs, and activities by conducting regularly scheduled staff meetings and training workshops
  • Create a fun environment while maintaining professionalism throughout the spa
  • Set and monitor objectives for all staff, carry out formal appraisals
  • Ensure constant feedback from staff for all direct reports and yearly performance reviews
  • Regularly communicate the seasonal + weekly objectives to staff through workshops and/or staff meetings
  • Retain targets with the staff so the goals of the business are achieved
  • Develop positive working relationships with all team members and encourage teamwork
  • Develop and maintain good and professional relationships with all management, team, and all clientele
  • Create an inclusive, respectful environment for everyone
  • Ensure accountability of staff to retain positive and professional environmental
  • Inspire creativity and innovation with clear visions and Skin Addyct goals
  • Demonstrate attributes of leadership, responsiveness to changing demands and priorities, driving, commercial sensibilities, risk-taking, courage and team-building

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 or more years of managerial experience in a Spa environment
  • Knowledge of professional spa services and treatments, retail operations and inventory systems
  • Ability and experience in handling confidential information
  • Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic to positively motivate staff and spa team in providing exceptional service daily
  • Creative, ability to create a fun career environment, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties
  • Be able to understand and influence challenges and opportunities within the spa
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule that includes weekends and holidays
